Our business is available on a 24 hour basis for emergency contact. Our telephones are monitored throughout the day and evening as well as on the weekend so that we can be on top of issues and instruct our contractors and agents as necessary.
Looking after your interests
We offer full block management services to property owners and our company is solely dedicated to the management of Associations or Share Transfer-owned blocks.
Day to Day Management
We take care of the day-to-day management issues of the communal areas in your development, keeping close contact with management committees and co-owners.
Regular Property Inspections
With all of the properties we manage, depending upon the service level agreements, we will try to make regular inspections by walking around the development, noting and actively managing issues that we find and which are drawn to our attention.
