Pre-Letting Preparation & Marketing

We provide guidance on rental value, property presentation, and readiness for letting. The property is professionally marketed, enquiries are managed, and accompanied viewings are conducted. Feedback from prospective tenants helps maximise interest and secure suitable applicants.

Tenant Selection & Referencing

All prospective tenants undergo comprehensive referencing, including employment, landlord, financial, and credit checks through a local referencing agency. We assess suitability and present findings to the landlord, helping support informed decisions while recognising that future tenant performance cannot be guaranteed.

Rent Payments & Tenant Liaison

Although rent payments are made directly to the Landlord, we liaise with the Tenant regarding any late payment or arrears. As the primary point of contact for tenants, we also handle day-to-day communications, helping maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships and addressing routine tenancy matters efficiently.

Tenancy Setup & Compliance Administration

We prepare tenancy agreements compliant with Jersey law, produce an Inventory and Schedule of Condition, coordinate check-in arrangements, and register tenancy deposits with mydeposits Jersey. We also assist with tenancy administration and provide general compliance guidance throughout the process.

End of Tenancy Management

At the end of the tenancy, we arrange a check-out inspection, compare the property condition against the inventory, identify any dilapidations, and assist with deposit deductions and dispute resolution through the tenancy deposit scheme where required.

Property Management & Inspections

Our management service includes arranging repairs, instructing contractors, maintaining records, and overseeing maintenance issues on the landlord’s behalf. Regular property inspections, typically every six months, help monitor condition, identify concerns early, and protect the long-term value of the asset.
